Installation Issues

Improper installation location--Problem description: The selected installation location has insufficient space, is not conducive to user operation, or poses a safety hazard.
Solution: Re-evaluate and select a location that is spacious, user-accessible, and meets safety standards. Ensure the floor is level, with enough space for users to stand and operate, and consider the convenience of power and network connections.

Power connection problem--Problem description: The power cable is not long enough, the power outlet is far away, or the power supply is unstable.
Solution: Use an extension cord or rewire to ensure that the smart locker can be safely and stably connected to the power supply. Install a voltage stabilizer or UPS (uninterruptible power supply) to prevent voltage fluctuations from affecting the operation of the device.

Identification system failure--Problem description: including face recognition, fingerprint recognition, barcode/QR code scanning and other recognition failures.


Solution:
1. Check whether the identification device is dusty or blocked and clean it.
2. Confirm that the identification object (such as face, fingerprint) is clean and unobstructed.
3. Update recognition software or firmware to address potential algorithm defects.
4. Check and make sure that the connection cables of the identification device are not loose or damaged.

FAQ

The cabinet door cannot be opened--Problem description: It may be due to incorrect password, damaged barcode/QR code, electronic lock failure or system failure.
Solution: First check whether the entered information is correct, and try to rescan or enter the password; if it still cannot be opened, you should look for the emergency help button or contact the administrator, who will unlock it through the management system.

Payment issue - Description of the problem: Billing system failure, poor payment channels or user operation errors.
Solution: Check the payment account balance and payment channel status. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
